Terms & Policies

• All rates are final and non-negotiable.

• In the event that the booking is cancelled/no-shows for a scheduled appointment, the fee is non-refundable.

• The desired hairstyle, hair length or hair thickness will not result in a change in pricing.

• Each hair service should take approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. In order to stay on schedule, the client must arrive on time with their hair washed and blow-dried the night before or morning as described in the "Prep Guide".

• All Travel Fees will be paid prior to the event where possible.

• All services provided outside of the studio will result in a $100/- for mobile service plus a travel fee.

• All parking fees (if any from hotel, venue, or street parking) will need to be paid in cash or validated at the time of arrival by the party.

• For all events, there will be a $15 late fee for every 15 minutes that the stylist has to stay past the agreed-upon contract hours.

• Arriving with wet or damp hair will result in an additional service fee of $50 and will extend the service time.

• In the event that something is damaged during your service (equipment, spills, etc.) Tiya Hair will not be held responsible.

• If for whatever reason Tiya Hair is unable to adhere to the contract due to bad weather, flight delays, or geographical complications, Tiya Hair will do everything possible to provide a secondary plan. If the second option is unable to be fulfilled, a full refund minus travel fees of the deposit will be provided within 7 business days of the terminated contract.

• The studio address is provided 24Hrs before the service.

• No guest is allowed in the studio.
